As a growing remote company, Devōt needed every team to work in the same transparent way.
The challenge: A fast-growing remote team was losing sight of its work
As Devōt grew, keeping everyone informed became harder. Teams worked in different tools, and staying aligned meant more and more meetings, while daily tasks still risked slipping through the cracks. Several work management tools had already proved too cumbersome as the company scaled.
Leadership wanted to see work at two levels: the whole company and each individual task. That view would show where bottlenecks formed and where the company needed to hire.

Devōt chose Businessmap because it made processes clear and was easy to adjust as the company evolved. Teams moved their data over from their previous tools.
Internal coaches led the rollout
Devōt didn't use an external partner. Its own Scrum Masters and Agile coaches onboarded each team and introduced agile principles gradually, which kept resistance to change low. Teams use the practice that fits their work, whether Scrum, Kanban, or Extreme Programming. Every team shares the same core routine of planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.

Businessmap is now used in every department. Developers and QA use iterative workflows to respond to feedback faster and improve product quality. WIP limits stop teams from taking on too much at once, so they finish work before starting more. The cumulative flow diagram shows when too many items are in progress, so leads can look into why. Teams track tickets completed per sprint to plan more accurately, not to push for speed.
